Unexplained weight loss also occurs when cancer attacks and hinders the function of the liver. Moreover, at many patients it is one of the first signs that indicate colon or other digestive cancers.
2.Jaundice
One of the most obvious and most common signs of liver or gallbladder disease is jaundice (medical condition where the skin or whites of the eyes become yellowish).

If you have troubles with swallowing, pain or a burning sensation while you swallow the food, it may be indication of esophageal, lung or throat cancer.
9.Chronic Heartburn
If you are experiencing chronic heartburn, you should be aware that it may indicate that you have Barrett’s esophagus or esophageal cancer.
Sudden and unexplained abdominal bloating may occur as a result of ovarian cancer, particularly when is accompanied by pelvic pain and feeling full.
